Brown field sites must be used used as a strict priority. They may well be more expensive for developers to use but this must be viewed as a cost of them doing business. Long with required infrastructure .

We need to keep Kempton Park as a green space. It could be used for lots of recreational activities not just horse racing although l love it as a race course. We need more sports facilities in the area and Ke.pton Park would. be ideal.

Sunbury is already too overcrowded and cannot cope with the number of people / traffic

We need to be using brownfield and unused buildings for new homes not ripping up green belt land there is a need for homes but not at the expense of all our sanity!!!

This is literally a no brainer.

The infrastructure to support the likely planning application doesn't exist (not an issue these days).

The race course is part of our heritage. A heritage that is being eroded in plain sight.

I am opposed to the building on the racecourse.
It is a flood zone and a nature reserve. The roads are already too busy and it would create gridlock. There are not enough schools or doctors surgeries and water supply is already an issue

I oppose this plan to build house on Kempton Park and build more houses. We have enough.

I am in total agreement with Richard's comment, posted on 11 June. A development of the suggested size of 2,000 houses will have a huge impact on our neighbourhood, environment and heritage concerns ... and how long will all this take to build There is already overdevelopment in the area (around Hazelwell Road).

    Does the development include:
    1. A school - has a check been made to see how the local schools are coping with the number of students?
    2. A Doctors' Surgery - the current local Health Centre already has maximum number of patients (circa
    18,000+)
    3. Shops
    4. An accessible bus route

    .
