The current flooding problems may indeed be made significantly worse if CEMEX infill Watersplash farm with "intert waste" as planned to replace the gravel which currently enables the ground water to filter down. Take a moment to discover what this waste will consist of - concrete, bricks, clay - we all know that clay will not allow water to filter through and there is no limit on the amount of clay the "infill" will comprise. This site could seriously cause a major flooding problem in the future as the infill will simply be topped up with soil and returned to "farmland".
