The next Music Night at Sunbury Cricket Club is on FRIDAY 30TH OCTOBER when  the Club is delighted to welcome back after a long absence THE MILK MEN – they are a busy and hugely popular band, and it’s been hard for the Club  to find a date in their schedule.

The Milk Men are one of the most popular and acclaimed blues rock bands in the UK, earning a reputation as among the most dynamic and enjoyable live bands on the circuit, with a show that combines their tight, electrifying stage performances with a warmth and sense of fun unrivalled on the live scene

They represent the cream of UK blues rock talent, with an impeccable pedigree, and feature Adam Norsworthy, the ever-popular singer and guitarist front-man for The Mustangs, who have been regulars over the years at our Music Nights and Beer Festivals, along with bass player Lloyd Green, son of Mick Green, the legendary guitarist with Johnny Kidd & The Pirates and later simply The Pirates, plus former Pirates drummer Mike Roberts and singer Jamie Smy.

Nominated for eleven UK Blues Awards, and with a No. 1 blues album and single to their name, the highly acclaimed four piece have been going down a storm for several years at all the right venues across the UK with their all-action show that features great original songs alongside blues-rock classics. Blues In Britain magazine called them “The finest rockin’ rhythm & blues band in the UK”, and Fireworks magazine say they are “Fun, feelgood and wildly entertaining.”

It’s taken the Club four years to get them back, so it’s one you really must not miss. We know that there will be a sizeable crowd for this one, so arrive early to ensure a good seat.

Admission is £10.00 on the door, payable by cash or card. Hot food, prepared by Surplus To Supper, will be available from 6.30pm. We look forward to seeing you there. Dave will be on stage around 8.30 or soon after.
